Anne Mitchell

Anne P. Mitchell, Esq. is the CEO of the Institute for Spam and Internet Public Policy. A graduate of Stanford Law School, and Professor of Law at Lincoln Law School of San Jose, Anne was one of the first (and only) fathers' rights attorneys in the country before moving out of the family law arena and into spam fighting. Mitchell now regularly consults to the public and private sector about email and Internet policies, as well as running the widely acclaimed SuretyMail email accreditation service.
